These classes integrate pilates, yoga, and ballet for a satisfying workout experience.

Bootybarre is a fun, energetic, workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga

that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. Bootybarre is the perfect combination of

strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular element utilizing the barre.


Vinyassa Yoga

Adult | All Levels

Vinyasa is a type of flow yoga that unites the breath and movement of the practice. It

engages the core, and promotes flexibility and strength benefits through a sequenced

set of movements. This class is open to all levels, background and experience.


Slow Flow

Adult | Beginner

A slower version of a vinyasa class, open to beginners or those who want a little more

relaxation. Poses are held longer to find the foundation of the asana (pose)


Deep Stretch Flow

Adult | All Levels

This yoga class is part vinyasa flow and part relaxation and stretch work. Maybe you

want some time to center yourself and learn some basic breathing and meditation

techniques? Poses are held longer than a typical vinyasa class. Maybe you'd like a little

more of a breakdown of certain yoga poses and sequences? We can do that too! Enter

the class to connect with yourself on the mat; leave feeling an inner peace you can take

with you off the mat.

Tai Chi

Adult | All Levels

This class combines slow, focused movements with deep breathing, resulting
in a graceful form of exercise. Considered meditative and often used as a way
to relieve stress, students flow through postures maintaining a steady motion.
